Data collected through the enquiry form

When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, country, the residence size you are interested in and your message.

These data are used only to answer your request, send you information about the BALMÂ residences and follow up on your project. The legal basis is the handling of your request before any contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR). Fields marked as required are needed to answer you.

Your data are sent by e-mail to the people in charge of the BALMÂ sales and to Créative Altitude, which maintains the website. They are never sold or passed on for marketing purposes. They are kept for three years from our last contact, then deleted.

Cookies and similar technologies

No advertising cookie is set before you accept cookies in the banner. Until then, the Google tag runs in a restricted mode (Google Consent Mode): it sends Google anonymous, cookieless signals (for example that a page was viewed or a form sent), which Google uses to estimate the performance of our advertising without identifying you.

• Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd): only if you click “Accept”. These cookies measure the effectiveness of our advertising (for instance, whether an enquiry follows a click on one of our ads). They last at most 13 months. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Your cookie choice is stored in your browser (local storage) for 6 months, after which the banner asks again.

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent deletes the Google Ads cookies.

Third-party services

To display its typefaces, the website loads fonts from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts. These services receive your IP address in order to deliver the files. The website and its e-mails are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of protection.
